This one is near and dear to my heart because I co-authored books on this very subject with Lynda Weinman for Photoshop 7 and 6, back in the day. You can listen to this and all the titles in the lynda.com online training library for a flat fee, which comes out to be a very good deal given the amount of great content you'll find there.
