We told you about Dr. Brown's Services script for Photoshop CS2 a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday, Dr. Brown updated that script. Download the updated script here. The updated Dr. Brown's Services 1.2 script allows you to work with 16-bit images in the Place-a-Matic, which can be used to create Smart Object layers from re-editable raw files. (Think re-editable sharpening in Camera Raw, as explained in the video that accompanies the script.) The updated script also facilitates exporting in PDF format from Brown's Caption Maker, which uses metadata to create captions for your photos and other images. And Dr. Brown has updated his Script Installer for Mac only. Mac users can download the updated Script Installer here. The Script Installer automatically installs Dr. Brown's Services 1.2 in the proper location so you don't have to worry about where to place it.
